The Standards cover core elements including health and safety policies, risk assessment and first aid, but also include specific requirements relating to the activity for which accreditation is being sought.
The Federation of Window Cleaners was formed in 1947 to establish an authoritative organisation specifically concerned with the Window Cleaning Industry and its subsidiary services.
At the core of the Federations standards is 'good service - by which we mean regular attendance, safe, efficient and caring attitude.'
